Edmonton's yoga studio for mind and body education has three locations: two in Edmonton and our newest location in St Albert.
Our family consists of devoted and gifted multi-disciplinary teachers who offer small daily classes in Hatha, Vinyasa (power yoga), Ashtanga, Yoga for Runners, Mommy & Me, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Family Yoga, weekly workshops, Meditation classes and much more.
Most of our classes are open to all level of yoga practitioners, though our teachers are skilled and can assist the more advanced students.
We also offer a full range of Canadian made yoga accessories and body products as well as yoga CDs.
